Grapes in the CWT “TSOG” vintage are 2018 Shiraz/Syrah from a cool climate, high altitude vineyard in New South Wales. Grapes were hand picked and gently airbag pressed. All crafted with minimal technical interference from the winemaker.
Wine is hand made 100% by Australian veterans (including several SOTG and SOER veterans) in Murrumbateman, part of the CANBERRA wine district.
Minimal sulphites. Barrel aged for a year in lightly toasted French Oak. Gravity fined.
Prior Shiraz vintages (17 Shiraz and 18 Port) have won several medals at various national wine shows.
We Happy Few Wines was founded in 2014 by a small group of veteran mates. Since they they've been making cool climate, high altitude wines in Murrumbateman, part of the Canberra wine district.

Alcohol: 13.7%
Aroma: It displays rich aromas of dark fruit, chocolate, cloves and vanilla.
Palate: On the palate the wine is powerful with characters of blueberry, cherry and blackberry carried on a medium-to-long finish.

Palate: This medium-to-light bodied wine has red fruit flavours and elegant tannins.
