This 2019 Gundagai region pure Shiraz has just been launched.
Like all of our products it is highly drinkable straight away. Goes well with either white or red meats. Hints of cherry, dark chocolate and liqourice. Complex palate, long length. Medium tannins. 13.5 % alc/vol.
2019 was hot and dry. Grapes, 100% Shiraz from a single elevated vineyard near Gundagai, New South Wales. Machine picked, destemmed, air bag pressed and then open top fermented. Made with copious and deft attention from our veteran winemakers, you can taste the old world charm.
Aged in French oak for a year then cleared for two years in our wine bunker before release. Screw top Closure in a classic 750 mL size.
